Frequently Asked Questions

Product Information

So what’s with the name?

“Point 5cc” is a reference to a common dosage of hormones that a trans person on HRT (hormone replacement therapy) is prescribed—it was Aydian’s dosage at the time he founded the company. Of course, our community consists of all trans folks: pre/post/non-medical transition or surgery, of all different backgrounds, identities, and experiences! 🙂

Do you offer more sizes?

We try to offer every product in a wide variety of sizes for all body types. All available sizes for each item are listed on that item page.

Do you sell binders?

No, we do not sell chest binders or compression shirts. If you’re looking to purchase a new binder, we strongly recommend gc2b.co for high-quality, affordable products. If you are unable to afford or otherwise obtain one, our sister non-profit Point of Pride offers a free chest binder donation program.

Ordering & Returns

What does the packaging look like?

Orders are either sent out in white plastic mailing bags or in brown cardboard boxes depending on what you order or how many items you order. Both types of packages are labeled from “Point 5cc” but there are no references to “transgender” or “LGBT” on the outside of the package.

How much is shipping?

We offer weight-based shipping through USPS shipping rates, so it will vary based on the items you select and where you live.

How long will it take until I receive my order?

All products require a 3-7 business day fulfillment time. After fulfillment, shipping times are as follows:

  • USA: 3-5 business days
  • Canada: 5-10 business days
  • World: 10-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Point 5cc is fully international.

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

My order never arrived. What do I do?

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at info@point5cc.com noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.

What is your returns policy?

If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund or exchange for a different size. We can only replace damaged items or items that are a different size from the one you ordered.

Giving Back to Our Community – Point of Pride

What is Point of Pride?

Point of Pride is our separate sister 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2016 to take over donation programs Point 5cc previously offered – the Annual Transgender Surgery Fund, a free chest binder donation program, and other support services. Since 2016, these life-changing programs have awarded $130,000+ in financial aid and served thousands of trans folks around the world.

How can I donate directly to the non-profit?

Thank you for your generosity! You may make your donation online easily and securely via PayPal at www.pointofpride.org/donate. Suggested donations: $5 covers the cost to process and mail a free chest binder, and $25 covers the cost to purchase a brand-new binder and mail it to someone in need!

When is the Surgery Fund open?

The Annual Transgender Surgery Fund is open November 1st to November 30th every year. All information on requirements, how to apply, and past recipients can be found on Point of Pride’s Annual Trans Surgery Fund page.

How can I donate a new or gently-used chest binder?
